Description
TWO VERY OLD RAILROAD TRAIN INTERIOR SCRAPS MOUNTED ON LINEN Measures 9" X 4". Very early. I’d say 1860s. Several passengers look like Civil War soldiers including a man sitting in front who is a dead ringer for Gen. Grant. At the bottom it says “Interior view of one of the luxurious C.B. & Q. smoking cars run only by this line for the exclusive use of first class passengers". Mounted on green linen scrap book page with many Victorian scraps on the back. (See all 7 pictures)
