Book is in excellent condition for age. No odors or stains, slight wear marks on black edge at fold.  Some of the feathers have portions missing, I have noted above the dolls above that the feather is completely gone.
This was part  my personal collection, I am downsizing and many things must go.
I am not the orginal owner.  My home is smoke free.
