The internals of the bag are from multiple different manufacturers and chosen based on their success on the battlefield.
This includes the decision to utilize Celox Rapid hemostatic gauze instead of the quick clot.
Celox rapid assists clotting in 1 minute, rather than the 3 estimated for quick clot.
Included is Sentinel Chest Seal, rated as the best chest seal by independent studies.
The kit also contains airway products of varying sizes to treat all manor of casualties, including small children.
