This vintage vinyl bank was produced by Dell in the 60's who published the Carl Barks Uncle Scrooge McDuck stories. It was licensed by Walt Disney Productions. The condition is exceptional! On some the nephews weren't painted, but on this one they are and the coin slot has never been opened.  As Don Rosa points out this is the only American Scrooge toy ever made by the people who printed the comics.
