    The round plate has a 14-1/2” diameter and center hole has a 4-7/8” diameter
    The mounting bracket is approximately 12” x 6”
    Weighs approximately 8-3/4 pounds
    Condition is "Good Used", it has rust on the springs and mounting bolts. I would expect the next user to replace those bolts. It’s also dusty and has an old price written on it in marker.
