These pouches are still issued to troops today as their primary dressing pouch (we are selling the pouch with alice clip as shown, dressing not included).
This first aid pouch dates back to the Vietnam Era to late 90's and is made of durable nylon material.
Comes with alice clip which can be used to easily attach to a regular civilian belt or a military pistol belt.
It is also used as a compass pouch and works great for either.
