    Description

    Gorgeous vintage old blank note card with a beautiful lithograph print ( printing process is lithograph ) by Lillian Grow, titled " Irises. " Condition is very good and clean for the age. The paper is high quality vintage laid paper. The card is a double fold card. There is also a small picture of an iris on the inside front, which is not back to back with the front image ( if you were to wish to frame both images, you could ). Card is blank inside. Approximate size is 4 inches by 4.5 inches. These prints are also wonderful for framing, collage, to be dry mounted, craft and art projects, scrapbooking, a diary and for doll houses.
    Lillian ( Fisher ) Grow was born in WilkesBarre, Pennsylvania. She married Louis Grow of Boston, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Vesper George Art School. She also studied at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts with Polly Nordell, Carl Peters, Roy Wilhelm. She is affiliated with the Philadelphia Watercolor Society, Southern Vermont Art Association, Providence Watercolor Society, RI, and the Copley Society, Boston.
