Vintage Sequin Formal dress Black & Gold "Black Tie" By He Ro size 10

Vintage Sequined Beaded Long evening dress Black and Gold Black Tie made by He-Ro Industries Inc.  Great condition but used.  Made from 100% Silk Lining 100% Rayon. Has small tear where the knee seam is  but that can be sewn or lengthen.   Has never been dry cleaned due to beads instructions, but has been cleaned by water on bottom of dress over time.  Size 10. Has clip fasten  on halter top on back with working zipper that runs down the back.    It is from the late 1980's and has shoulder pads.  The black fabric is black not the camera black with lights.  Please look at the door photo, it is that black.  Condition is "Pre-owned". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  No international mailing and no returns.  Fun dress when we go back to partying!
