Tunic, Pants Sash & Shoes.  Historically, the red sash was awarded.  This CQMS/NCO or None Commissioned Officer saw service in Bonia and
Eastern European NATO campaigns. In historical theory, the officer awarded this sash would have to cut off one fringe from it each time he lost a soldier.  Now from what I was told, all sergeants of this rank wear it now?
