WW2, Two British Army Regimental Dress Visor Caps, 1 Captain's, 1 Enlisted

WW2 era, set of two British Army Regimental dress visor caps, 1 is for an officer (black with red banding), rank of Captain, the other is an enlisted soldier ('rifle green' with chin strap and black banding). I can't tell you which exact regiment since the insignias are missing on both. Enlisted hat is made by Hobson & Son's, London. The officer cap is made by Tower Uniform Head Dress, Ltd, England. Officer cap is a size 6 3/4, enlisted green cap is 6 1/2.
Officer cap is missing the chin strap and combination buttons. There is some hand writing on the underside of the visor on the officer's hat but it is not legible enough to read the complete writing, all I can make out is "We???".
